Adrian Goh is a real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience across Singapore's residential, commercial, and industrial property sectors.
He has led high-performance teams, managed complex government and private-sector portfolios, and delivered leasing, sales, asset management, and integrated facilities management outcomes across a wide range of property assignments.
Adrian has a proven track record as a strategic deal-maker, having successfully closed transactions with clients worldwide across property acquisition, divestment, leasing, and asset management.
He is currently Director and Head of Real Estate Solutions at ENGIE Singapore, where he oversees multimillion-dollar real estate portfolios and facilities contracts. His experience includes end-to-end government tendering, planning, and execution, with major contracts involving organisations such as the People’s Association, National Library Board, Land Transport Authority, National Trades Union Congress, National Parks Board, Science Centre Board, Nanyang Technological University, Building and Construction Authority, Central Provident Fund Board, and Jurong Town Corporation.
He also leads the Integrated Facilities Management business unit, overseeing more than 150 staff and managing close to S$80 million in active contracts.
Adrian is a licensed Key Executive Officer with the Council for Estate Agencies in Singapore and has held prior leadership roles at Savills Residential and SLP Scotia.
A strong advocate for innovation in real estate, Adrian was formerly involved in a venture capital-backed PropTech startup focused on digital transformation. Through SQFT AI, he brings together healthcare-focused real estate advisory, technology, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to help operators make smarter property decisions.
Outside of his corporate role, Adrian has served for more than 20 years as a Master Mediator with the Community Mediation Unit under Singapore’s Ministry of Law. He has also been featured in national media for his community dispute resolution work.
