5A. Enquiry Forms and Contact by a Licensed Representative

5B. Professional Accounts, Claimed Businesses and Your Business Plans

If you register as a veterinary or other professional user, you can create a profile, tell us which clinic or business you work at, and ask us to monitor market activity around it. This section explains what we hold and who can see it.

Your profile. We store the name, role and (optionally) practice or group name you give us, alongside the email address on your account. You can change or remove these at any time.

Claimed clinics and watches. When you claim a clinic or create a watch, we store the business name and address you supply, its location, and the monitoring radius you chose. Claims are self-declared and not verified by us, and a claimed clinic is not shown publicly — it is visible only to you and to SQFT AI staff. We do not publish a directory of claimed businesses.

Watch emails. If you create a watch, we email you when new records are detected. We record the exact wording you agreed to and when. You can pause or delete a watch at any time from your dashboard, which stops those emails.

Your business plans (confidential). You may optionally tell us what you are considering over the next couple of years — for example expanding, relocating, acquiring another practice, succession planning, or a possible sale. This is entirely optional, and:
