SQFT AI is a commercial property intelligence platform that provides property search, mapping, market insights, analytics and related information for commercial real estate in Singapore.

Information provided by SQFT AI is intended solely for general informational purposes.

Nothing on SQFT AI constitutes legal, financial, investment, valuation, planning, tax or professional advice.

You should obtain independent professional advice before making any investment, leasing or commercial property decisions.

3. Property Information

SQFT AI aggregates information from publicly available, licensed and authorised data sources.

Although we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that any data is complete, current or error-free.

Certain information may be delayed due to publication schedules, processing times or updates from data providers.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying any information before relying upon it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SQFT AI only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• copy or reproduce substantial portions of our database;
• scrape, harvest or extract data using automated tools without our prior written permission;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the platform;
• reverse engineer or attempt to bypass access controls;
• use SQFT AI for unlawful purposes; or
• misuse the platform in any manner that may adversely affect other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to SQFT AI, including its software, branding, design, user interface, original content and proprietary analytics, are owned by or licensed to SQFT AI.

Third-party datasets remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licensing conditions.

6. User Accounts

Certain features may require registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

7. Subscription Services

Certain features of SQFT AI may require payment.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles and available features will be displayed at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

8. AI-Generated Insights

SQFT AI may provide AI-generated summaries, insights, recommendations or scores.

These outputs are generated automatically based on available information and should not be regarded as factual statements, professional advice or guarantees.

Users should independently verify all material information before making business or investment decisions.

9. Availability

We aim to keep SQFT AI available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, upgrades or other operational reasons without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SQFT AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability arising from your use of SQFT AI shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SQFT AI during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim, or SGD 100 if no fees were paid.

11. Third-Party Links

SQFT AI may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third-party websites.

12. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, functionality or service offered by SQFT AI at any time without prior notice.

13. Privacy

Your use of SQFT AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
